Refunds and Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. We are happy to work with you to accommodate your cancellation needs.

Cancellation Fees: 

  • If canceled within or before 72 hours after purchase: 4% of product price
  • If canceled after 72 hours after purchase: 25% of product price

Once production begins on a piece of furniture, we cannot process cancellation for that specific piece.

Why are there cancellation fees?
Your furniture is made specifically for you. Upon receiving an order, we immediately begin acquiring materials and scheduling production to ensure a timely delivery. Since each item is crafted uniquely, reselling canceled orders can be challenging. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to quality.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, except for custom orders, special orders, and clearance items. We do not accept returns for natural wood variations, such as grain differences, mineral deposits, or pitch pockets, or for other inherent characteristics of natural materials, including the typical smell of new wood or finishes, which will naturally dissipate over time.

To qualify for a return, items must be in "as-new" condition. If there is any visible damage, a restoration fee may be charged. After inspection, we will refund the item's value minus a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; however, we are happy to assist in arranging shipping logistics.

Storage Fees
We offer one month of complimentary storage if you cannot accept delivery immediately. For extended storage:

  • Months 2-3: 1% of the purchase price per month.
  • After 3 months: 5% of the purchase price per month.

Storage is available for up to six months unless special arrangements are made in advance. We’re here to assist with any logistical needs!

Abandoned Orders
Orders not scheduled for delivery within six months will be considered abandoned, and a 50% restocking fee will be applied. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. We’re here to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible!

We reserve the right to cancel an order, even if it has been initially confirmed, due to payment issues, insufficient stock, pricing errors, incorrect shipping address, or any other problems that may arise after the order is placed.
